Tailoring Foregut Procedures with Endoflip
This session will explore key considerations for using the EndoFLIP™ 300 System in the surgical setting – both before and after intervention – highlighting how functional luminal imaging helps measure what matters when anatomy alone isn’t enough. Key laparoscopic heller myotomy (LHM) and peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM) measurements, watchouts, and recovery workflows that support smoother operations and improved patient experiences will be reviewed. Emerging insights shaping the future of endoscopic surgery will also be highlighted.

A Practice-Changing Advancement in the Treatment of Resectable Gastric/Gastroesophageal Junction Cancers
This presentation discusses the use of perioperative IMFINZI (durvalumab) in combination with FLOT (fluorouracil, leucovorin, oxaliplatin and docetaxel), followed by adjuvant IMFINZI alone, for the treatment of resectable gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (GC/GEJC). Key considerations when choosing a first-line treatment option for resectable GC/GEJC are also discussed.
